How will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 7-14 business days for shipping and handling.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
All sales are final for Original artwork. No exceptions.
If you purchase a print or other reproduction and are not satisfied, please use the contact page or email me at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue within 14 days of delivery. Refunds not guaranteed.
Did you make the prints yourself?
My prints are created from original paintings that I have made myself, but I use a drop-ship service called Printful to make my prints - they are the ones that fulfill all orders and get them shipped out to you. This service allows me to create larger versions of prints with Giclee archival print quality, which was not possible on my home printer. Please contact me ASAP if you are unhappy with the quality of your print.
Do your original paintings come framed?
Not automatically. I will mat each painting for protection before shipping, but will not frame them unless you add the Original Painting Framing Service Add-On to your order. This allows you to customize your frame and mat options as much as possible but will increase your shipping costs.
What is Art for a Cause?
Every month, I will donate a portion of the net profits from every print and original sold from the Art for a Cause page of my art shop. See the product descriptions for more info on which organization each artwork supports.
