Tulip Study Print

"Tulip Study" was the very first watercolor that felt like I was using the paint the "right way" (which I have since learned doesn't exist). I chose tulips because they are my mom's favorite flower. I created this watercolor tulip painting the same weekend I did my first three Sea Life Splash paintings, which launched my art career! So this work has always been special to me, even if it's one of my least popular prints and the original never sold.
